Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Nautives platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so on its behalf.
2. The service
Nautives provides software for maritime fuel and emissions compliance, including document ingestion, validation, review and reporting workflows aligned with FuelEU, EU ETS, IMO DCS and CII.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload. We process it solely to provide the service, generate compliance outputs and maintain audit trails. We do not use customer data to train models.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other customers, or use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Subscription and fees
Fees, billing cycle and seat counts are defined in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautives is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm.
