1. Who we are
Nautives is a Swedish company providing maritime compliance software. We act as data processor for customer-uploaded documents and as controller for account and contact information.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), authentication metadata, fleet and vessel records you upload, and usage telemetry necessary to operate and secure the platform.
3. How we use data
To deliver the service, generate compliance outputs, maintain audit logs, secure the platform and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data and do not train AI models on customer data.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and explicit consent where required.
5. Sub-processors
We use a published list of sub-processors for hosting, email and observability. Customers receive 30 days notice of any change.
