Document ingestion
Email, SFTP and REST endpoints accept BDNs, COAs, MFM tickets and supplier emails. Each document is hashed, deduplicated and routed to its fleet workspace.
Extraction engine
OCR plus structured parsing for tabular and semi-structured fuel documents. Returns typed fields with per-field confidence scores.
Compliance validation
37 rules covering ISO 8217 quality limits, MARPOL Annex VI sulphur thresholds, charter party clauses and stemming reconciliation. Versioned and auditable.
